Robotic Proprioception Measurement (KINARM)

This project aimed to use robotic technology, in the form of the KINARM Exoskeleton Robot, to measure proprioceptive function (figuring out where the body part is in space) in children with hemiplegic Cerebral Palsy (CP), when compared with typically developing children (5 to 18 years of age). The measurement of proprioceptive function is an important clinical objective for the evaluation and treatment of children with hemiplegic CP.
